Karl was extremely helpful through the house hunting process, he guided me through step by step and I felt much more knowledgeable at the end compared to the beginning.
He drove hundreds of kilometers regularly to meet me at locations outside the GTA in order to find something that suited my needs.
He coordinated for a lawyer to help process everything and in turn coordinated for a website which guided me through everything I needed to do for the move (setting up utilities, internet, moving trucks, Canada Post keys etc). He continues to be helpful at every turn.
